A key part of Justice is that our own Supreme Court rules on all aspects of life within the UK, free of the European Court of Justice.

Our Justice system relies on penalties to be applied as both deterrent and time for people to contemplate the crimes they have committed. It is important therefore that our prison system does not morph into a continuation of the life style that many people that have committed crimes have left. Prisons must not be Universities of Crime or places of Religious Indoctrination but have a secular base. The other essential of the prison system is that it must not facilitate violence and drug taking which means that prisoners must be deprived of socialisation. Prisoners must be allowed to request books from the prison library and request any books that are not in stock and they must also be allowed a selection of radio channels. We must rebuild our prisons creating solitary secure bed sits elominating all the state of the art gyms and sports facilities. In this way we will create places of contemplation where offenders will take time out from their life instead of providing a continuation of the life style of many. Prison will not be an attractive proposition for offenders as it is currently, and this could lead to shortening sentences for many catagories of crime.

Alternative Courts such as Saharia Courts or Beth Din must not be allowed to take root and must be outlawed in the UK. Arguments are put forward that they have only been set up to resolve civil disputes such as divorce or business disputes but this is only the thin end of the wedge and do not take account of equal rights legislation prevalent in the UK.
